It all starts with a discovery call with Brittany Winfield, Chief Inspiration Officer and your go-to marketing expert.
In this complimentary, 30-minute video chat, we will have an open dialogue about your business goals and marketing needs.
Questions asked include:
✨ What type of business do you run, and what are your primary sales goals? (e.g., increasing revenue, expanding customer base, upselling existing clients)
✨ What role does content or marketing currently play in your overall sales strategy?
✨ What are the biggest challenges your customers face, and how does your product or service address those?
✨ Who are your main competitors, and what are they doing well on social media?
✨ What are your expectations for social media in relation to your entire marketing plan?
And then after the discovery call, a proposal will be drafted and sent to you if we feel like we vibe as a team. Simple as that!
Phase Two: Onboarding
Once the agreement is signed, we’ll dive into onboarding! This two-week process ensures we have everything we need to manage your social media seamlessly.
Here’s what happens:
✨ Brand & Content Assets: We’ll collect your logos, photos, branding guidelines, and any other content assets that reflect your business’s personality and voice.
✨ Account Access Setup: You’ll receive simple, step-by-step video tutorials to grant us access to your social media accounts. We’ll ensure everything is connected and ready to go.
✨ Kickoff Call: We’ll schedule a call to finalize plans, set expectations, and answer any last-minute questions before we get started.
During this phase, you’ll also receive a Welcome Packet full of helpful resources to keep you informed and excited about the journey ahead!
Phase Three: Service Delivery
With onboarding complete, we’re ready to party! 🎉💃
Here’s what you can expect during this phase:
✨ Strategic Content Management: We’ll create, schedule, and manage your social media content to align with your brand goals and audience. Every post is designed to amplify your voice and engage your community.
✨ Regular Communication: Stay in the loop with updates and insights! We’ll check in regularly to review performance, share progress, and adjust strategies as needed.
✨ Analytics & Reporting: You’ll receive reports that highlight key metrics, so you can see the impact of our efforts and track your growth.
