We begin with a Content Creation Inquiry Form, where you’ll tell us about your business, your goals for video content, and the space we’ll be filming in. Brittany and Kaylee personally review every submission to ensure the project is a strong fit for this service.

If it aligns, we’ll send over your customized proposal, contract, and deposit link so we can officially reserve your project and begin building your content strategy. Once secured, you’ll complete a comprehensive questionnaire designed to clarify your messaging, audience, and vision for your content capture day - setting the foundation for a strategic and productive filming experience.

Once your deposit is secured and your questionnaire is complete, we’ll schedule a 30-minute Strategy Call. During this virtual meeting, we’ll walk you through your customized Content Strategy Plan.

We’ll confirm key timelines, lock in your Content Capture Day, and provide preparation resources to help your space look polished and your on-camera confidence feel strong - so you walk into filming feeling prepared, supported, and ready to create.

03 ) Filming Day!

We will arrive on-site for up to three hours of strategic content capture, following your customized filming plan as we review the schedule, set expectations, and prepare the space and equipment for a smooth start. Kaylee will handle camera setup, audio checks, and lighting, while Brittany directs on-camera talent and ensures your messaging stays clear and on-brand.

We’ll capture multiple takes, angles, interview-style moments, and supporting B-roll to give your videos depth and flexibility in editing. Before wrapping, we confirm that everything outlined in your plan has been captured.

04 ) Delivery of Content Gallery

Within 10 business days, your Content Gallery will be waiting in your inbox. Inside, you’ll find 12–16 professionally edited, ready-to-post reels optimized for video-first platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

All that’s left for you to do? Write your caption and get it scheduled.
